Service Description

Harnessing the transformative benefits of skincare for both skin health and mental well-being, this workshop or one-on-one training equips you with the essential knowledge, skills, and support to foster confidence, elevate self-esteem, and promote personal empowerment. Understanding your skin enables you to care for and nurture it more effectively. This hands-on (or watch-and-learn) event is designed to be informative, calming, and fun, with the option to engage in ways that work best for you. Venue to be confirmed. 1 hour for an Express one-on-one mobile* session or 2 hours for a group workshop (maximum 6 participants, not including carers). During this workshop, you’ll: • Explore the basics of skincare, step by step. • Learn relaxing facial massage techniques to promote healing. • Receive recommendations for products suited to your skin type. • Have the chance to ask any skincare-related questions. This workshop is inclusive and welcoming to everyone, no matter your background or experience. It’s a great way to build confidence, feel good about yourself, and develop positive self-care habits. Skincare can be a soothing and creative routine that supports mental well-being. Simple rituals, like cleansing and moisturizing, can help you feel more calm and balanced. This workshop is all about discovering small, meaningful ways to care for yourself—both inside and out. Our sessions focus on inclusive and personal growth. We welcome individuals with additional support needs, including those registered with the NDIS. Every person’s journey is unique, and we strive to create a comfortable and supportive space for everyone. Carers are encouraged to attend at no cost. This event is a chance to connect with others in a friendly small-group setting, take time for yourself, and learn something new. Come along and treat yourself—you deserve it! *one-on-one session is a mobile service to the client's home and can be extended from 1 to 2 hours, depending on their needs.
